    About project

    Currently we are looking for a Junior Customer Service Manager to join a project from telecommunication industry. This person will be responsible for supporting Senior Manager in following duties: overall accountability for the quality of the provided services, being customer’s point of contact for all services’ related issues, with the exception of incident management, proactive identifying existing customer needs, and opportunities to grow customer’s relationship with company. 

    Hybrid work - 1/2 days (per week) in office (Kraków) required.  

     

     

    Requirements

    • Degree level or equivalent (Business or Science Degree), ITIL certification more than welcome
    • At least 2 years of work experience in customer-facing organizations within the telecom or IT industry (Customer Service and Project Management area)
    • Good knowledge of Network, IT Services, Mobility, Voice and/or integration solutions and technologies
    • Fluency in polish and english
