IT Validation Lead

About the project

We're looking for a Validation Lead, supporting development of AI solutions to further develop and deliver life-changing treatment​

Job responsibilities

• Participation in large scale IT executing validation and quality control activities.
• Planning, documentation, coordination and reporting with a good ability to execute within deadlines.
• Sharing knowledge across the department.
• Helping to develop and optimize an aligned and streamlined approach to validation and quality control work across projects.
• Driving and execute the project’s shift-left journey of integrating automation.

Expectations

• Experience in IT Validation within pharma or other regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of good best practices (GxP), quality processes, and risk identification.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulatory standards and guidelines, such as FDA regulations for the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with large-scale projects, validation, agile methodologies and shift-left of automation.
• Familiarity with test automation and tools - nice to have
•  Skilled in stakeholder management (e.g., LoB, IT QA, Business Owners, Architects, IT Security).
