Fullstack Developer (Node.js, Next.js, NestJS

About the Project

We are looking for Fullstack Developer with knowledge of Node.js, Next.js and NestJS who will be responsible for building an AI platform deployed within the customer’s infrastructure (on-prem). The platform supports model inference, data governance, and secure integrations, designed for European enterprise clients with strong focus on GDPR and EU AI Act compliance.

Duration of the project: 3 months (with possibility of extension)

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain a Fullstack AI platform deployed on-premises within customer infrastructure

• Implement model inference workflows, data governance processes, and secure integrations

• Ensure compliance with GDPR and the EU AI Act throughout the platform

• Collaborate closely with a small, cross-functional team in an early-stage startup environment

• Take ownership of features from design to deployment with minimal hierarchy

• Solve complex technical problems with an AI-first mindset 

Expectations

• Min. 4 years of proven experience as a Fullstack Engineer with Node.js, Next.js, and NestJS

• Strong understanding of deploying and maintaining applications on-prem

• Knowledge of AI platform development, model inference, or related workflows

• Familiarity with GDPR and EU AI Act compliance requirements

• Excellent problem-solving skills, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership in a startup environment

• Strong collaboration and communication skills in a team-oriented, agile setting

• Experience with early-stage product development and MVP delivery is a plus.
