We are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer for our client from the healthcare & clinic technology sector. Our client builds and develops modern technology solutions used across a large international network of clinics, supporting daily operations and ensuring unified CRM standards across multiple countries. They are currently expanding their Dynamics 365 environment (CE & F&O) and continuously implementing new features.

Work mode: remote, with on‑site visits twice per month to the office located in Szczecin.

Tasks

• Develop and enhance custom functionalities within Dynamics 365 CE

• Build components on the Power Platform

• Work on integrations (dual‑write, API flows)

• Deliver clean, high‑quality code based on assigned tasks

• Collaborate with architects, developers, and functional consultants

• Support the long‑term standardisation of CRM processes

Expectations

• Proven experience as a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer

• Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform

• Good understanding of dual‑write integrations

• Ability to deliver “native” development and custom code

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps Pipelines (nice to have)

• Familiarity with Agile ways of working

• Fluent English (C1)
