CMS Platform Architect

We are currently seeking a CMS Platform Architect to join a forward-thinking digital organization operating within the technology sector. This role is ideal for a strategic and technically proficient architect passionate about scalable, secure, and efficient platform design. You will play a critical role in defining the platform’s architectural vision and guiding its technical evolution.

Work Mode: hybrid from Warsaw

Project Start Date: August 2025

Job Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the architectural vision and design of the platform
• Collaborate with Platform Owners, technical leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business and IT strategies
• Participate in the design, build, and deployment processes of the platform with a strong focus on scalability, security, reliability, and efficiency
• Oversee the delivery of reusable technical capabilities across multiple business domains
• Ensure seamless onboarding of platform “consumers” through automation, supporting Observability, IAM, and FinOps capabilities
• Guide technology selection and integration in alignment with enterprise architecture principles
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment with organizational architecture standards
• Advocate for platform adoption and maintain compelling platform capabilities over time
• Maintain and ensure up-to-date platform solution documentation according to internal IT and documentation standards
• Mentor and support development teams using the platform

Expectations

• Experience working on a similar position
• Strong understanding of application architecture, design patterns, and platform-level development
• Solid experience with CMS platforms, preferably Sitecore
• Familiarity with the software development life cycle and agile methodologies
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly
• Experience guiding teams and ensuring alignment on architectural direction
• Comfortable with fast-paced environments and able to adjust to evolving technologies and business needs
