Application / Integration Business Analyst (pharma)

About the project

We're looking for an Application/Integration Business Analyst who will participate in a pharma custom build Laboratory Information Management System development and implementation. The main focus will be on defining requirements for customization / configuration and integration requirements (e.g., defining mapping specifications between source and target system). 

Tasks

• Regular sessions with business stakeholders to document process flows, data flows, and user requirements.
• Review designs and approaches with the business ahead of implementation to collect feedback.
• Demo the system to business stakeholders, document feedback, and manage the backlog of requirements.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management.

Requirements

• At least 5 years working experience as a business analyst.
• Experience with a validated environment (pharma preffered).
• Experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) - will be a huge advantage. 
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with Agile SDLC
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Persistence in finding the right solution to issues.
• Life sciences (pharmaceuticals or CRO) experience preferred.
