Our Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process is designed to help us get to know each other better and verify the key skills needed for the role.

Depending on the position, the process may include short practical assignments such as online tests, Excel tasks, or other role-related exercises. These are not meant to be complicated homework, but rather a way for us to see how you approach situations similar to those you might encounter in the job. This helps us verify the required qualifications in practice.

The process typically includes a few interview meetings, and one of them usually takes place onsite. We believe that face-to-face interaction is valuable and gives both sides a better opportunity to get to know each other, ask questions, and see how we might work together in the future.
