Our workspace in the New Rynek was tailored to improve productivity and employee wellbeing. We utilized our own soundproofing insulation to reduce unwanted noise. Silent rooms and phone booths have been installed for employees seeking quiet spaces to work. There are dedicated rooms for yoga and mindfulness, while a brainstorming space encourages teams to stand rather than sit while they discuss ideas. Right outside, snooker and table-tennis tables offer an opportunity to flesh out ideas in an informal setting. Did you know that Nowy Rynek is powered by 100-percent renewable energy and makes use of climate-smart features such as low-speed ventilation, chilled beams, LED lighting, free cooling, and grey and rainwater systems? The office was also recognized as a building without barriers. This means that it is fully adapted to the needs of people with disabilities, parents with children, seniors and people who do not speak Polish.
