What does our recruitment process look like?

Our recruitment process is transparent and candidate-friendly. From the first contact, we ensure clear communication and quick feedback. You go through several stages that allow us to get to know each other better and jointly assess whether we're a good fit. We want every candidate to feel cared for and have complete information at every stage of the process.

Application and CV screening

We review your application in terms of experience, without unnecessary formalities. What matters is what you do and how you write about it.

Initial call

You'll have a quick 2-30 minutes chat with our Talent Acquisition Partner.

Technical stages

Our technical stages might include: coding interview, end2end interview, and system design interview. Each interview lasts 1 hour.

Managenent interview

Meeting with your future Manager. This is the time to ask all about our team challenges, vision, tech stack, personal development options and anything that may come up.

HR interview

We would be happy to get to know you better, personally and professionally and talk about your professional journey and career goals.
