Who are we?
First of all, a team of experts and a part of the global ING group. At ING Hubs Poland we provide comprehensive IT services and operational services at ING around the globe. We have been operating in the IT area since 2003. However, we would not be ourselves if we did not set new challenges! After all, we inspire people to be one step ahead - both in life and in business. That is why we are constantly expanding the portfolio of our activities with new services and technologies.
Global IT Security
We are a 24/7 global service center, dedicated to ensuring the security of the entire ING Group. We monitor and detect cyber-attacks. We are ethical white hat hackers, examining ING's banking systems to maintain their security and secure our systems against unauthorized access and data loss. We scan the IT infrastructure and applications operating within the banking group and monitor areas related to compliance and risk management. Our Cluster consists of areas: Security Monitoring Area, IAM Area, Cyber Area and Anti-Fraud Hub.
Shared Tech
We empower business through challenges and accelerate its scalling! We create technological solutions, provide essential tools, platforms and models that streamline the work of thousands of ING employees. We do this through investing in innovation and automation, building digital services, delivering support with services and applications, creating platforms, developing Machine Translation and UX/UI design. Our Cluster consist of areas: Digital Experience & Automation, Fincance & Risk, Application Services, Centralised People Services.
Managed Services & Operations Cluster
Our priorities are the security, flawless and up to date operation of ING's infrastructure. We focus on managing operating systems, database administration and middleware in client data centers. We are constantly improving our solutions, from applications and platforms to advanced file transfer systems, network connectivity and data management. We help ING banks migrate applications to the ING Private Cloud, ensuring support for application environments. Our Cluster consists of areas: JVM Area, .Net Area, IPC Area, and Data and Innovation Area.
