We are a 24/7 global service center, dedicated to ensuring the security of the entire ING Group. We monitor and detect cyber-attacks. We are ethical white hat hackers, examining ING's banking systems to maintain their security and secure our systems against unauthorized access and data loss. We scan the IT infrastructure and applications operating within the banking group and monitor areas related to compliance and risk management. Our Cluster consists of areas: Security Monitoring Area, IAM Area, Cyber Area and Anti-Fraud Hub.
We provide tools, equipment, and platforms that enable our employees excel in their work. We build digital services for global corporate roles, from HR to Workplace Services (WPS). We invest in innovation and automation, with a focus on global programmes and ING Bank's priorities. We deliver top-notch local support with services and tools. We create platforms for engineers and data analysts. Our Cluster consists of areas: Digital Experience & Automation, Technology Enablers, Supporting Functions, and Centralised People Services.
Our priorities are the security, flawless and up to date operation of ING's infrastructure. We focus on managing operating systems, database administration and middleware in client data centers. We are constantly improving our solutions, from applications and platforms to advanced file transfer systems, network connectivity and data management. We help ING banks migrate applications to the ING Private Cloud, ensuring support for application environments. Our Cluster consists of areas: JVM Area, .Net Area, IPC Area, and Data and Innovation Area.
