How you can interview at hx

Our recruitment process is transparent and candidate-friendly. From the first contact, we ensure clear communication and quick feedback. You go through several stages that allow us to get to know each other better and jointly assess whether we're a good fit. We want every candidate to feel cared for and have complete information at every stage of the process.

Kick-off with Talent Partner
We review your application in terms of experience. Once we move to the first conversation we want to understand what matters to you, what drives you, how do you communicate, what are you working preferences and discuss experience. You can expect to find out as much as possible about hx and we will happily answer your questions, including diving deeper into our product, company, team and role.
Interview with a Manager
A conversation usually with your potential future manager, so you can get to know each other, learn more about your approach, mindset and experience. We want to be as transparent as possible so you can find out who we're looking for, ask about daily life at hx or your responsibilities - anything that interests you.

Technical Stage
Two short challenges (Coding Assignment & Architecture Whiteboard in Engineering) to be done at home with interview(s) following - no Live coding, but meets with our team to walk through your solutions, decisions, trade-off, dive into your knowledge and mindset.
Values Interview
Meet with two most senior Leaders (ie. Engineering Directors) for 1h. The values interview exists because culture at hx has never been theoretical. This stage is our deepest conversation in the process. It’s designed to understand how you think and operate in real situations. How we work matters just as much as what we deliver.
