Location: Warsaw (1-2 times per week in office)

WHAT YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE?

• Facilitating Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) ceremonies
• Coaching teams
• Removing impediments to ensure smooth Agile development
• Collaborate with Product Owners
• Foster a culture of improvement and align teams with organizational goals

WHAT DO WE REQUIRE?

• SAFe certification (mandatory)
• Scrum Master experience and a strong SAFe understanding
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills
• Adapt to change, use Agile tools like JIRA and commit to continuous learning
• Experience relevant for Senior 
• Scrum Master certification will be nice to have
• English at an advanced level
