These intelligent, conversational solutions engage buyers, ask the right questions at the right moment, and guide them to the right products, services or solutions.
There's a lot that goes into "making complex look simple", which is why we're looking for an IT Technical Operations Specialist to join our IT team. This is a unique opportunity to work in our buzzing office in Wrocław together with our team of open-minded, genuinely caring professionals with many different backgrounds.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As an IT Technical Operations Specialist at Zoovu, you will be part of our growing IT team and you will be involved in:
- Managing company hardware and software assets
- Solving problems connected to the network and the systems
- Planning and implementing security measures
- Maintaining corporate security policies and the company network configuration
- Supporting the company's internal infrastructure - Windows, Linux, Mac, Android, iOS
- Communicating with external vendors
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 2+ years of experience in IT support role
- Knowledge of asset management tools
- Good Linux and Windows knowledge
- Experience with setting up and managing office networks
- Hardware maintenance skills (laptops, printers, network)
- Experience managing AD and/or G Suite
- Friendly personality and joy for teamwork
- Full working proficiency in English
- IT Security-related qualifications are a plus
