Develop, own and execute product vision, KPIs, and roadmap
Communicate vision, roadmap and progress to key stakeholders, including product and engineering leadership enabling them to challenge you
Support in the definition of strategy and operative processes, in order to bring the disposition chain to the next level
Identify the business needs, refine priorities, outline deliverables and spot opportunities and risk
Develop a deep understanding of the market and the needs of customers and build an outstanding product experience
Turn hypothesis using data insights into decisions and products with the highest business value
Define product requirements including user stories and acceptance criteria for cross-functional team
Act as an ambassador for the product with passion and ownership convincing and inspiring people around you with a “can do” attitude
Create an inclusive team environment, while challenging and inspiring your team to perform at their best

Requirements:

You have a minimum 3 years of experience in an independent PO role,
You have knowledge of the logistic domain, ideally with direct experience as supply chain manager
You have sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, and take your decision on solid data analysis
You don´t only deliver, you discover, experiment and validate your hypotheses,
You love to work in a cross-functional team which is fully responsible for the business outcome,
You have a strong understanding of your products' users - not afraid of their challenges,
You have a high degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability,
You have strong relationship building skills and you are a great communicator,
You have a technical background with business acumen,
You have knowledge of Agile process and principles,
You act autonomously in situations of ambiguity, with only high-level direction, (outstanding communication (English mandatory), presentation and leadership skills).
