Our software architecture team is looking for an experienced Area Architect to support our business process and product development in the Master Data Management area. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, POs, and product engineering teams to transfer business vision and requirements into flexible & scalable architecture. Together with architects from other areas/domains, you will also contribute to our lean architecture process by creating architecture blueprints, defining technology/organizational/process boundaries, and streamlining architecture communications.
Responsibilities
- Develop overall product architecture vision that is also aligned with IT infrastructure
- Drive guidelines & policies to govern product development efforts
- Ensure efficient interaction of product landscape
- Ensure overall quality of the software architecture of my product area
- Create architecture blueprints
- Maintain overall state and foresee future needs in IT and technology
- Help product teams in their daily work and maintain hands-on technical expertise
Requirements
- Excellent technical leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of architecture approaches/paradigms and technology alternatives
- Excellent ability of understanding problem domain both from business and technical perspective and designing solutions for it
- Profound knowledge in the applied business domain
- Profound organizational, communication, conflicts resolving skills
- Demonstrated knowledge in driving project and agile methodologies
- Passione of sharing with others
