We are looking for a Product Designer to join our Tech team in Warsaw. Naturally, for now - all of our teams are working remotely.

What you'll do
If your work is strongly based on user experience, you love solving problems and thrive on variety, this is a great opportunity for you. You'll work in cross-functional teams with other Designers, Researchers, Engineers and Product Managers on the biggest doctors’ marketplace in the world. Your goal? Deliver an outstanding and useful design and make the patient's experience shine. You will always champion user experience and design excellence.
You’re a great fit for this role if you have:
- experience in designing digital products and interfaces (not just websites),
- experience conducting user research, as well as utilizing critical skills like design thinking and prototyping.
- been defining projects and measures of success, testing your assumptions and outcomes, and continuously incorporating feedback,
- ability to think at a high level about product strategy, take ownership of the design process and clearly articulate design decisions,
- strong visual aesthetics and understanding of colors, typography and iconography,
- strong UI and Visual design skill,
- a portfolio featuring examples of product design work,
- proficiency with Figma or Sketch,
- deep understanding and a high degree of empathy for the customer experience,
- knowledge of the creative process, including typical time and resources needed to deliver work on time, at high quality and in line with the specifications,
- ability to communicate in English (both spoken and written).
- experience with HTML/CSS and Bootstrap understanding (good to have).
