AI Research Engineer

Primary Responsibilities

AI Agent System Development:

• Take charge of improving our AI Agent across the complete system stack, incorporating insights from cutting-edge research. This includes browser interactions, model pipelines, and backend infrastructure.
• Design, prototype, and implement next-generation AI agent features, ensuring our system remains at the forefront of the field.
• Experiment with prompt engineering concepts for Agents like planning, CoT, history, memory, and other emergent AI agent techniques.

Model Finetuning and RLAIF:

• Align our machine learning models to perform specific web actions efficiently.
• Develop pipelines for finetuning and RLAIF, integrating the latest research findings. This includes synthetic data generation and model-based filtering to continuously elevate model quality.

Model Evaluation:

• Create robust benchmarks to assess the performance of our web AI assistant, ensuring its effectiveness and reliability in completing tasks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in AI, machine learning, or software engineering.
• Hands-on experience with LLM finetuning, synthetic data generation, and advanced prompting techniques.
• A deep understanding of the latest research and tricks surrounding LLMs and AI Agents.
• Software engineering experience in building and maintaining scalable and robust systems.
