Agentic AI Developer

We are seeking a skilled Agentic AI Developer to join our team. This role involves designing and implementing advanced artificial intelligence systems that operate autonomously to achieve specified goals. The person in this role will contribute to cutting-edge projects aimed at enhancing autonomous decision-making capabilities within various applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain agent-based AI models with autonomous operational capabilities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms.

• Conduct research on state-of-the-art AI methodologies and incorporate relevant techniques.

• Analyze system performance and optimize algorithms to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Document development processes and ensure compliance with technical standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in AWS-based development.

• Practical experience in building LLM-based AI agents.

• Excellent understanding of agentic workflows
(planning, decision logic, tool-calling, orchestration).

• Experience with Amazon Bedrock
(model usage, guardrails, knowledge bases).

• Experience integrating AI solutions into complex enterprise system landscapes.

• High level of self-responsibility, technical maturity, and architectural understanding.

• Experience with Amazon Kendra
(Enterprise Search / RAG).

• Experience in regulated or safety-critical environments.

• Experience with scaling and operating GenAI solutions.

• German language – C1 – nice to have.
