Senior QA Engineer

I’m looking for a Senior QA Engineer for a U.S.-based security startup. The role is fully remote, with a compensation range of $9,000–$11,000 USD net per month (B2B) but it’s important to note that this is not a project where work-life balance is prioritized. We’re looking for a driven, high-energy professional — someone truly passionate about quality who delivers results on time and upholds the highest engineering standards.

Technical Requirements:

⤷ Proficiency in automated testing with Python (PyTest/Pydantic)

⤷ Experience with UI testing

⤷ Strong understanding of REST API testing

⤷ 5+ years of experience in QA automation

Nice to have:

⤷ Experience with Selenium and Java

⤷ Domain knowledge in Cisco routers/switches

⤷ Experience in cybersecurity

⤷ Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions or similar)

Candidate Profile:

We’re looking for a self-starter — someone who can work independently but also thrives in a cross-functional team. You don’t need to be an extrovert, but strong communication skills with both Product Owners and developers are essential.
