Senior Algorithm Developer

We are looking for a person to join a team of 8 people, who will have a huge impact on the development of the product - even though they already have over 300 paying customers there is still a lot of work to be done!

We are looking for candidates with Python programming experience who have had a majority of experience developing algorithms, AI, distributed architecture, divergence, performance improvement, and scalability.

Project description: The backend is entirely developed in Python and runs on the k8s cloud. It handles real-time audio streams and runs key AI algorithms including training the SOTA NLU models. 

We are looking for experience in:

• Develop pipelines to handle and analyze extensive data sources.
• Build tools to identify and visualize patterns within the data.
• Promote data-driven decision-making by utilizing analytics and visualization technologies.
• Design scalable AI/ML pipelines for training state-of-the-art natural language understanding (NLU) models.
• Contribute to the creation of innovative algorithms tailored to address specific challenges in our NLU/Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) domain, with a focus on processing noisy inputs.
• Evaluate and enhance the performance of AI models.
• Take ownership of key components of NLU/ASR technology that are actively deployed in production.
• Master's Degree in Computer Science
