Reliability-Focused Software Engineer

Position: Reliability-Focused Engineer in a SaaS product company

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop internal tools to maintain system stability in production environments and oversee initiatives related to system stress testing, fault tolerance, and service robustness.

• Establish operational standards and workflows to be adopted across development teams.

• Work hand-in-hand with teams responsible for infrastructure, platform automation, and software delivery throughout the entire lifecycle of system features.

Ideal Background:

• Proven ability to design, maintain, and debug scalable distributed systems.

• Practical experience in software development — language agnostic, but coding is essential.

• Hands-on knowledge of deployment automation and experience managing complex web/cloud services.

• Familiarity with resilience testing, including simulated failure scenarios and load handling.

• Exposure to architectural design and experience guiding cross-functional engineering projects.

• Additional experience in infrastructure or DevOps is considered beneficial.
