Your Role:
- Guiding and coaching the Scrum Teams on their use of agile practices and values
- Working closely with client-side Product Owners to maximize product business value
- Organizing and facilitating Scrum-related meetings with international teams
- Removing impediments or guiding the teams on removing impediments
- Helping organization and its clients to understand and enact empirical product development
- Boosting culture of collaboration and self-organization
Join us if you have:
- 2+ year of Scrum Master experience or in project management role
- Understanding the Scrum framework, its practices and values
- Exceptional communication, self-organization, and time management skills
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Very good client facing and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must
Would be nice if you have:
- Scrum Master certificate (i.e. PSM I)
- Experience in other management methods and techniques (i.e. Kanban, XP, Lean, SAFe)
- Proactive, driven personality and will to make the difference on an organization level
- High level of commitment to improving software development using Scrum
