👉 Digital Product Owner

🟣 You will be:

• supporting senior management in defining the product portfolio,
• working on business cases together with the Head of Product,
• responsible for product roadmaps, managing high-level requirements,
• co-creating and modeling a vision of the solution, adequate to the customer’s priorities and resources,
• specifying functional and non-functional features of the developed IT systems,
• working closely with development teams to plan and prioritize tasks,
• supporting and sharing knowledge with less experienced Product Owners managing other products.

🟣 Your profile:

• 5+ years of experience as a product owner or product manager,
• enjoys building and maintaining good relationships with people, including senior management,
• communicates clearly, understandably and persuasively in English and Polish,
• committed, autonomous and efficient,
• knows how to ack swiftly with a view to long-term results,
• familiar with the full agile software development cycle,
• understands the importance of digital products to businesses and organizations,
• insurance and retail industry know how is a big plus.

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required
