    Key Objectives and Major Responsibilities:


    • Manage end to end Tech operation activity and associated functions with focus on the onsite support, Krakow, Poland.
    • Have good knowledge of Server Virtualization, Network, Cloud, Voice, Video, Audio/Visual, Wireless and IT infrastructure upgrades.
    • Good understanding of the IT Infrastructure, policies, practices, and implementation of next generation technologies.
    • Exhibit end-to-end troubleshooting skills for servers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
    • Create and maintain detailed documentation for server configurations, migration plans, and operational procedures. Ensure possibilities to automate daily work & improve end user’s daily work.
    • Implement and enforce security measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
    • Manage third party vendor relationships and hold them accountable for delivery. Provide senior-level support for IT service delivery, meeting service level commitments and compliance requirements.
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction during tasks execution and projects delivery.
    • Oversee the monitoring, maintenance, upgrade, and administration of all IT systems, to include
    • applications, servers, storage, databases, Cloud Infrastructure.
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth functioning of IT operations.
    • Train teams on various IT aspects for strengthening their knowledge as per requirements for smooth daily operations.
    • Create process documentation, policies, and repository for further support.


    Key Capabilities and Competencies:


    • Effectively interact with all levels of personnel and external contacts to include a professional demeanor.
    • Effective communication skills for handling business process owners and power users.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously using time management and efficient delegation strategies.
    • Familiarity with Cloud environment along with new cloud-based technology, such as mobile apps, e-mail configuration on smart phone/tablets.
    • Analyze upcoming trends in network infrastructure management and operations by suggesting proactive solutions to IT/technology teams.
    • Meeting stringent business timelines by proper planning, execution, review and tracking of projects
    • Effectively interact with all levels of personnel and external contacts to include a professional demeanor.
    • Provide business continuity by taking active participation in severe incidents for faster resolution and ensuring no repetition.
    • Knowledge of English - a prerequisite, min. B2.


    Qualification and Experience


    • Minimum 5+ yrs. over all experience IT Infrastructure/Operations. This includes onsite (office) infrastructure maintenance.
    • B. Tech/BE with overall 5+ years of relevant technical experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud & global IT operations.
    • 3 to 5 years of working experience in administration of windows especially in Hybrid environment.
    • In depth knowledge of Cloud/ DNS / DHCP / WINS / Backup / disaster recovery
    • Proficient in ITIL framework, Change, Capacity, Incident Management.
