We're looking for a talented Junior UX/UI Designer to join our team. Bring your design skills and passion for innovation to uphold our high standards. You'll work on engaging projects, implementing AI-based products in low-code/no-code environments, and collaborating closely with a Product Manager and the product team to create designs that not only look good but also solve real problems. You’ll conduct user research, analyze data, create wireframes, and build interactive prototypes. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop solutions that align with product vision, business goals, and user requirements
• Conduct user research and analyze data, to understand user needs and behaviors
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes 
• Apply UX/UI principles to design attractive, intuitive, and functional user interfaces
• Generate multiple solution concepts for given tasks, considering technological limitations
• Design and test user scenarios, journey maps, and prototypes
• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines, including color choices, typography, and layout
• Identify user problems and develop innovative solutions
• Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders
• Work on small and medium-sized projects from inception to completion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies and techniques

Requirements:

• Approximately 1 year of experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Portfolio demonstrating your design process and decision-making
• Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
• Ability to create several solution concepts for given tasks
• Understanding of technological limitations and their impact on design decisions
• Experience creating and testing user scenarios, journey maps, and prototypes
• Strong skills in designing user interfaces, including color, typography, and layout
• Ability to identify user problems and develop innovative solutions
• Strong willingness to learn No-Code technologies like Webflow/Bubble
• Proactivity and engagement in performing and managing assigned tasks
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
• Ability to adapt quickly and pick up new techniques when needed
• English language proficiency at B2/C1 level
• Polish language proficiency at C2/native level

Our Recruitment Process:

1️⃣ Initial Contact (15 to 30 minutes): If your resume stands out, expect a call from Dominika, AI Product Manager. This is the first opportunity to get to know you better and arrange your interview with the team. We value your time and expertise and want to explore the potential for our collaboration.

2️⃣ Team Interview (30 to 60 minutes): Dive into a discussion with part of the team: Magda, Dominika, and Sara. This is an opportunity for both sides to talk about working dynamics and your role within the team.

3️⃣ Leadership Meeting (30 to 90 minutes): If the team interview goes well, you'll then have a session with our company leaders. This meeting is designed for mutual understanding and alignment, ensuring we share the same values and vision.

4️⃣ Final Decision: If everything aligns – your aspirations with our objectives – then it's a match! We'll be thrilled to welcome you aboard and start our cooperation.

Important Information: At the beginning of your employment, we would like to get to know you better and give you a chance to integrate with the team. Therefore, the first 3 months are fully on-site. Apply only if you are from the Poznań area or are considering relocation.
