Requirements:

• Good understanding of LLM basics
• Good knowledge of Python
• Familiarity with prompt engineering
• Knowledge of SQL
• Ability to communicate openly and work in a team
• Desire to learn and develop
• English C1

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of concepts related to ML
• Experience with a web framework
• Analytical thinking
• Knowledge of REST API best practice

Our Recruitment Process: 

Initial Contact (15 to 30 minutes): 

If your resume stands out, expect a call from Sylwia - Chief Project Officer who assigns a perfect match team for each project. It is a first moment to get to know you a bit better and arrange your interview with the team. We value your time and expertise and want to explore the potential of our collaboration. 

Team Interview (30 to 60 minutes): 

Dive into a discussion with your potential colleagues: Maciej, Software Engineer passionate about AI, who you will be working with closely, and Piotr – Backend Team Leader, who will be your mentor. This is an opportunity for both sides to talk about working dynamics and your role within the team.

Leadership Meeting (30 to 90 minutes): 

If the team interview goes well, you'll then have a session with our board members, Dawid and Waldemar. This meeting is designed for mutual understanding and alignment, ensuring we share the same values and vision.

Final Decision:

Important information: 

At the beginning of work we would like to get to know you better and give you a chance to integrate with the team, so the first 3 months are fully on-site. Apply only if you are from Poznań area or if you are taking relocation under consideration.
