What We Do in WTG innovation:

WTG innovation is a member of the WTG Group with expertise in IT solutions. We provide software services and develop products, including WTG's own software for EU vehicle homologation and registration processes. We work in international teams and operate in a Scrum environment, ensuring a collaborative and efficient workflow, therefore English proficiency is essential.

The Role:

We are seeking a Fullstack Developer to join one of our product teams in Wrocław, Poland. Your primary focus will be on developing new features, mantaining and enhancing our software product managing EU homologation processes of vehicle manufaturers. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies and contribute to the evolution of our innovative solutions.

Since we value human interactions we would prefer you work at least a few days a week in the office, but we are also open to offer to you a fully remote position as long as you will be able to join us from time to time in Wrocław or Germany for workshops or integration events.

What We're Looking For:

• Primary Skills: Java, Vue.Js
• Database Experience: PostgreSQL
• Software Design Approach: DDD
• Languages: Polish and very good English skills, min. B2
• Attitide: A team player

Nice-to-Haves:

• Frontend Framework: Angular
• Cloud Services: Microsoft Azure
• DevOps Knowledge: Familiarity with DevOps
• Domain Knowledge: Homologation/Automotive
