Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of customer needs and business challenges to identify key areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
• Quickly create meaningful and effective solutions to address identified issues and enhance the overall user experience
• Strategically think about the product from a high-level perspective, identifying connections and opportunities to shape the roadmap for growth
• Work closely with Product Designer, Engineers, and Growth specialists to bring your vision to life and achieve outstanding results
• Own your projects completely, from the initial idea through design, evaluation, feedback, testing, and analysis after launch

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in product management within dynamic settings, ideally in scale-ups or startups (preferably in SaaS)
• The ability to lead projects independently, driving initiatives and growth with little to no supervision
• Embody a product-led growth (PLG) mindset, focusing on business metrics over individual customer issues or areas
• Experienced in MVP solutions, running experiments, and using data analysis to refine product performance and stimulate growth.
