Java Developer

We are a product company that develops our own web applications (SaaS) designed to build and maintain business relationships for clients worldwide. Good relationships are a priority for us in our daily operations! :)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary product team to build and maintain our SaaS application
• Analyze business requirements and refine them into technical implementations
• Define and shape technical solutions
• Make a visible impact on a product used by thousands of companies worldwide
• Support other teams (sales, success, support) with daily product maintenance

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Java development (including 1+ year with Java 8+)
• Practical knowledge of SQL
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
• Experience in building REST APIs
• Outcome-oriented and results-focused ("doer" personality)
• Problem-solving mindset with a “can-do” attitude
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational and self-management skills
• Communicative English (both spoken and written)

Additional Requirements (Nice to Have):

• Previous experience in product development or SaaS companies
