Job Description
The Robotics Process Automation Senior Developer is responsible for designing and coding the automation process components. The RPA Senior developer develops the automation design to ensure it meets the specifications. The design must handle concurrency, scalability, restart and recovery, auditing & object reuse for all the automations that are designed and developed. The senor developer will also validate the automation by performing appropriate unit testing, and ensure configuration control is maintained at all times. The senior developer mentors junior developers and performs QC checks on code components developed by them.

- Design technical specifications for RPA that handle all the non functional requirements of concurrency, scalability, security requirements, restart and recovery
- Develop and configure automation processes as per the technical design
- Work on the coding the more complicated automations or reusable components
- Delegate and mentor junior developers for the less complex components
- Develop new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles
- Comply with and help to enforce design and coding standards, policies and procedures
- Ensure quality of coded components by performing thorough unit testing
- Work collaboratively with test teams during the Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality
- Report status, issues and risks to tech leads on a regular basis
- Improve skills in automation products by completing automation certification
- Perform code reviews for quality control
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of IT experience in any coding language (preferably .Net, C#)
- Min. 2+ years’ experience on Automation Anywhere / UiPath / Blue Prism
- Min. 5 projects worked independently on Automation Anywhere / UiPath / Blue Prism
- Exposure on SQL queries
- Basic programming knowledge on HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language)
- Certified on Automation Anywhere / UiPath / Blue Prism
- Experience in automation of web based systems, mainframe systems, SAP
- Exposure on working with work queues, Excel Automation, Web Automation, Metabots, Email Automation and SAP
- Able to design solutions and technical specification documents for RPA Projects
- Understands development methodology and lifecycle
- Post production support
Knowledge of:
- Code Integration
- Develop Process
- Handling UAT Support for the developed bots
- Bots monitoring
Desirable:
- Prior experience in UI automation, other forms of automation
- Prior experience in object oriented programming
- Certification in Advanced Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Uipath, Power Platform
- Experience in working on business processes in BFSI
