Role: Azure Cloud Engineer
Location: Warsaw. Poland
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor Azure environment and resolve low priority tickets based on SOP
- For high severity tickets coordinate with senior SMEs
- Maintain operational documentation and specifications on system builds, disaster recovery, and standard operating procedures
- Perform in 24 x 7 environment in shift roaster
- Remote support management
Required Skills
- 1+ years of experience in working SLA based managed services environment
- Knowledge of ITIL Process
- Azure fundamental knowledge
- Level 1.5 knowledge for either of the technology: Wintel or Linux or Oracle or SQL
- Should have ability, aptitude and attitude to improve the skills and become L2 in any technology.
- Good communication and coordination skills
- An ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Good time management skills with strong documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail.
