    Salary: up to 18 euro/h + VAT

    Recruitment process: 2 stages (screening and technical interview)

     

    Our client is a leading company specializing in global financial services for B2C and B2B customers. They created multi-channel transactional software to provide brokers with asset execution and various trading tools. Using the newest technology, scale and experience allows them to fully control transactions with clients. Their innovative and responsible approach makes the infrastructure a stable place of transaction flow in the industry.

     

    Your role is:

    -> To provide technical support service on a second line support for B2B and internal customers via all communication channels: Phone, Email, IM, Ticketing System;

    -> To investigate technical issues and determine their root cause;

    -> To monitor infrastructure and services;

    -> To respond promptly to any alerts or requests in accordance with the SLA;

    -> To collaborate with the R&D team and 3rd parties;

    -> To provide regular reports.

     

    Your skills and experiences:

    -> 2-4 years of experience in a similar position;

    -> Proficiency in basic Linux command line interface (CLI) and utilities;

    -> Understanding of the TCP/IP network stack and major protocols;

    -> Good knowledge of SQL;

    -> Basic scripting skills in Bash/AWK/SED;

    -> Familiarity with cloud services (preferably AWS);

    -> Experience working with web applications, monitoring systems, LAMP stack, DNS, mail servers, and CDNs;

    -> Understanding of SDLC and CI/CD;

    -> Fluent English.

     

    Nice to have:

    + Experience in Linux administration;

    + Experience in AWS administration;

    + Experience with monitoring systems configuration (Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios);

    + Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL or MS SQL);

    + Experience with the Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo).
