Winged IT is a fast-growing Polish company that provides IT and Tech Professionals Outsourcing and Permanent Recruitment services.
We also support the creation of local Tech teams/subsidiaries of international companies in Poland.
We are an independent supplier with a focus on Software Engineering, Project Management, Quality Assurance.
Client: IT center of International Biotech Company
Location: 100% remotely from Poland
Salary: up to 120 PLN/h + VAT
Cooperation model: B2B
Start date: ASAP
Duration and working hours: long-term project; flexible working hours
Currently, we're looking for 3 ServiceNow Developers for one of our strategic Clients in the organization.
Your role is:
- To maintain and solve technical issues and incident management related to the ResourceNow system (system for requisition of resources based on ITSM module) - already activated tool;
- To join in non-standard actions or configuration the tool (there might be some additional development cases, a rather medium size);
- To support minor incidents that need to be solved;
- To work with tool-supporter (1st line) and Scrum Master.
Your skills and experiences:
- At least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development including leadership experience;
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Implementation Specialist;
- Technical product backlog design & estimation experience;
- Experience in implementing interfaces between ServiceNow and other applications;
- Experience in implementing reports using ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics;
- Experience in working with SCRUM teams in JIRA/Asana and ServiceNow tools;
- Excellence in transferring business requirements and solution architecture into technical solution design;
- Familiarity with Team Development code repository pull/push mechanisms in ServiceNow;
- Ability to prepare technical documentation incl. Technical Design, Release Manuals;
- Good knowledge of English (min. C1).
Nice to have:
- Solution Architecture design ability;
- HP ALM user experience;
- SCRUM Master Experience;
- Experience in leading Technical Releases between instances incl. release plan, tracking, and communication.
