Employer: Software Development Center

Cooperation model: full-time employment, long-term contract

Your role is:

to provide coaching around Agile frameworks;
to support Agile framework ceremonies for Agile teams;
to ensure that all team members understand and accept their roles and responsibilities;
to assist with effective capacity planning and resource allocation;
to track and report the main project metrics.

Your skills and experiences:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related;
4+ years of experiences in Agile projects;
Strong knowledge of Scrum;
Experience with software engineering and traditional project management;
Ability to understand technical needs;
Communications and presentation skills;
Ability to influence and motivate people;
Experiences in working with engineers, technical management, department heads, and product managers;
Good knowledge of English: B2+.
