Our client is a pioneering force in property management technology since 2019. They have introduced a revolutionary PropTech solution that is simple, fast, and visually stunning.

The client aims to revolutionize this sector by making property management professionals happier through efficient, fully digital operations.

Your role is:

-> To prepare and transfer customer data from legacy systems;

-> To prepare customer data, refine it for import into new database in collaboration with internal and external partners, or optimize data that has already been imported;

-> To propose and implement automation solutions, including executing individual automation steps yourself;

-> Document both manual and automated data transfers for further automation of data transfers;

-> To communicate with customers and the Customer Success Team in German and with the development team in English.

Your skills and experiences:

-> 1-2 years of experience in a similar position;

-> Attention to detail;

-> Knowledge in data engineering and data entry;

-> Experience in data preparation, manipulation, analysis, and comparison; skilled in identifying discrepancies or issues and proposing effective solutions;

-> Proficiency in both written and spoken English and German, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency.

Nice to have:

+ Experience in project management;

+ Knowledge of UI/UX design principles;

+ Knowledge of other foreign languages.
