Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for a skilled software engineer interested in decentralised technologies to join our team working on Wildland’s core client.

Locations: Warsaw

Core responsibilities:

• Creating automated tests for desktop, mobile, web and decentralized applications
• Performing tests and validating new features
• Running the initial analysis of reported issues and cooperating with the development team during investigating and resolving of the issues
• Creating, maintaining and improving internal QA processes
• Analysing the overall quality of the products and suggesting solutions to improve product quality control

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working as a QA Engineer
• Experience in manual testing
• Experience in test automation
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and tools
• Ability to understand technical documentation
• Ability to write code for automated tests
• At least basic skills in Python and shell scripting
• Experience in testing iOS and/or macOS applications
• Experience in virtualization (e.g. VirtualBox, QEMU) and containerization (i.e. Docker) technologies
• General interest in web3 ecosystem
• Ability to validate and verify smart contract interactions and transactions using Etherscan

Nice to have

• Experience testing blockchain applications or platforms
• Understanding of web3 technologies and tools such as MetaMask, Hardhat, IPFS
• Ability to validate and verify smart contract interactions and transactions using Etherscan
• Familiarity with token standards like ERC-20, ERC-721, and others.
