- Work with both internal and external teams on delivering performant and well-tested Flutter applications.
- Manage the full release lifecycle of the developed applications and guide their integration in the clients’ tech stacks.
- Help less experienced team members in developing their skills.
- Lead development of architectural patterns and coding standards.
- Participate in meetings with designers, product owners, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Perform internal and external workshops.
What we offer:

📈 Yearly bonus based on company’s earnings.
💻 New 13” MacBook Pro laptop + 27” 4K screen + whatever equipment you need to work comfortably.

🤑 150 PLN / week lunch budget.
📖 300 PLN / month self-improvement budget.
💡 3000 PLN referral bonus.
🗣️ 1:1 English lessons with a native speaker (or reimbursement of your current one) twice a week.
🚛 We’ll pay for your move to Wrocław - if you wish to do so.
🗳️ Real influence on our company - we make most of the day-to-day decisions together.
🧑🚀 You want to be an astronaut? A cat herder? How about a CTO of your own startup? At Widgeters we support ourselves in all the professional paths we want to take.
The ideal candidate:
- Is a caring & respectful person (this point is non-negotiable).
- Wants to be a part of a brave company, make decisions and take responsibility.
- Has 6+ years of commercial experience as a software engineer, preferably in more than 1 tech stack, including at least 1 year of commercial experience in Flutter - or solid track of open source contributions.
- Had experience in mentoring software engineers or leading tech teams.
- Has a solid knowledge of software patterns, and mathematical foundations of software systems.
- Has experience working with remote teams.
- Values code quality and testability over lines of code.
- Is conversant in English (C1-level or higher), both in writing and in speech.
Every person we hire is a long-term investment, an actual team member, not just an extra pair of hands for several months - that’s why we don’t offer B2B contracts.
This position requires around 20% on-site presence in a month, including 100% in the first month (accommodation & travel costs are in all cases covered by the employer). For this position we consider only residents of Poland - or people willing to relocate to Poland, with work authorization for Poland.
