Job description:
- You will be a member of the global team working as a part of the VOIP Desktop phone project.
- You will be an active player in an international agile team,
- You will guide and lead team members in performing their activities
- You will take the overall responsibility of the products produced by the team
- You will be responsible for new feature design & development
- You will support maintaining existing products based on customer requirements
- You will research new technologies and best practices for new phone models
- You will evaluate new versions of the tools and technologies used for the development
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering or related fields
- min. 3 years of professional software development experience
- Having experience in team leading activities for development teams
- Having problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Having a proactive attitude and strong analytical skills
- Fast ramp-up and capability to get the technical knowledge within the project
- Eager to learn existing and new technologies & trends in software engineering
- Hands-on experience in object-oriented and multi-threaded software design & development
- Hands-on experience in C++ (C++98) and Linux
- Experience in Agile Framework (Scrum and Kanban)
- Working knowledge of the full application development life cycle
- Experience with version control tools, Confluence, Jira, and continuous integration environment
- Having knowledge of database architecture especially SQL DB
- Experience in VOIP, SIP, and telecommunication networks and standards
- Experience in QT framework
