Your responsibilities will be:
- Establishing and leading a fast-paced, cross-functional, agile team delivering beautiful experiences for all our mobile platforms
- Executing a technological vision for your team in collaboration with your team, business stakeholders and the CTO
- Working effectively in an agile product development and managing the complete mobile development cycle including testing, integration as well as publishing of mobile apps
- Breaking down complex requirements into smaller tasks
- Establishing fast feedback cycles in order to iterate fast on features and prototypes
- Lead by example, inspiring attention to detail and promoting technical excellence
You come with:
- Experience building gorgeous mobile applications, based on solid, modular architecture to allow for rapid business requirement changes
- Thorough understanding of the full mobile development life cycle from specification, over implementation, testing, continuous integration and deployment to the app stores
- Strong programming skills in iOS and Android, optionally NodeJS
- Experience with clean architecture and reactive programming
- Experience with automated testing
- (Optional) Experience developing backend REST APIs and/or SPAs
- A proactive, goal-oriented, reliable and self-structured way of working
- Fluency in English
