Junior Service Desk Specialist
Form of employment: Full-time employment contract
Hybrid working: 3 days from the office, 2 days from home
Office location: Warsaw, Inflancka 4A
RESPONSOBILITIES:
- supporting employees in hardware/software issues in the office and remotely
- managing of IT tools in the cloud and local systems
- ordering and servicing equipment in all locations
- managing computer equipment, office equipment, network and multimedia in all locations
- working with suppliers of hardware and services
- technical preparation of events
- creating and managing internal documentation of managed IT tools and services
- conducting internal trainings in topics of hardware, software, general internet security
- IT onboarding/offboarding employees
- working on improving IT support and tools for the company and
- managing of telephony services
MUST HAVE:
- English skills on the communicative level (English is the business language in our Company, job interviews are held in English as well)
- Full professional proficiency in Polish
