Junior Service Desk Specialist

Form of employment: Full-time employment contract

Hybrid working: 3 days from the office, 2 days from home

Office location: Warsaw, Inflancka 4A

RESPONSOBILITIES:

• supporting employees in hardware/software issues in the office and remotely
• managing of IT tools in the cloud and local systems
• ordering and servicing equipment in all locations
• managing computer equipment, office equipment, network and multimedia in all locations
• working with suppliers of hardware and services
• technical preparation of events
• creating and managing internal documentation of managed IT tools and services
• conducting internal trainings in topics of hardware, software, general internet security
• IT onboarding/offboarding employees
• working on improving IT support and tools for the company and
• managing of telephony services

MUST HAVE:

• English skills on the communicative level (English is the business language in our Company, job interviews are held in English as well)
• Full professional proficiency in Polish
