IT Infrastructure Specialist

The IT Infrastructure Specialist will be the first point of contact for users reporting technical problems and support for the IT Infrastructure department in Zabrze. The person will be responsible for performing other tasks related to the IT area and the IT network, in accordance with the assigned tasks. 

Key Job Responsibilities: 

• Providing first-line technical support for end-users and service issues, 
• Identifying technical issues and escalating to the appropriate teams, 
• Preparation and installation of computer equipment, 
• Troubleshooting printing devices, 
• Troubleshooting network and system issues, 
• Troubleshooting ACSs, T&A, CCTV, BMS, EES, 
• Remote user support, 
• Carrying out an inventory of computer equipment, 
• Carrying out of standards of IT security in accordance with local laws, 
• Conducting trainings for new employees, 
• Other duties as assigned. 

Required Skills and Abilities: 

Must have: 

• Very good knowledge of MS Windows,  
• Good knowledge of MS Office 365,  
• Good knowledge in Office 365 administration, 
• Good knowledge of IT networks,  
• Good knowledge of Windows Server maintenance, 
• Good knowledge of Active Directory, 
• Communicative English. 
• Willingness to work on duty (depending on the needs).

• Experience in a similar position,
