Job description
We are currently searching for one (1) Scrum Master to join our Business Intelligence team to be responsible for supporting the team in their daily tasks. You will work within an international team, professional English and Polish are mandatory. Business Intelligence background is nice to have.
Responsibilities:
- Being Scrum Master for the Business Intelligence team
- Protecting your Scrum teams from disruptions
- Supporting team self-organization, enabling forecasting, planning, delivery and retrospective
- Conducting team meetings
- identify root cause of the problems and support their removal,
- Education of Team members, Product Owners and stakeholders about agile practices
- Improve information flow
- Promoting culture based on trust, open communication and mutual cooperation
- Caring for company's reputation and building good relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Scrum Master
- Practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban or Disciplined Agile Delivery
- Ability to solve conflicts
- Excellent communication skills including listening, persuading and understanding other people's point of view
- Enthusiasm and positive attitude
- Ability to conduct meetings, moderate groups
- Fluent English
- Open for business trips (10-20 % time)
Nice to have:
- Experience in Data Warehouse projects and Business Intelligence
- Scrum master certificate
- Experience in working with JIRA
