    About the role:

    We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to become a part of our team starting in June 2024. This position will play a key role in developing new prototypes, and products, and supporting our marketing initiatives. Our company is located in Warsaw, where we operate from a welcoming office daily. 


    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Product Owners to develop UX wireframes
    • Design detailed interfaces for new products and features
    • Take part in customer conversations and interviews
    • Jointly oversee and contribute to the branding and product development of Wallfacer Labs
    • Support marketing initiatives by creating brand elements, styling presentations, newsletters, and other materials


    Requirements:

    • 2-4 years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications, supported by a strong portfolio or proven track record
    • Proficient in Figma and Figma prototyping
    • Fluent in English
    • Experience with cryptocurrency and developing web3 applications is a plus
    • Flexible and willing to put in extra effort
    • Located in Warsaw, Poland, or willing to relocate


    Benefits:

    • Salary: 10 000 - 18 000 PLN (based on your previous experience)
    • In addition to cash compensation, we offer upside through equity and other incentives

    • Lunches in the office 3 times a week


    Timeline and process: 

    • We intend to make this hire by the end of June with a start date immediately after
    • After you apply, we will give you a response in 3 days if we decide to proceed or pass
    • If you proceed past the initial application, we will set up 1 screening call, and then, in the next phase we will meet in our office for a 1 - hour long conversation with one practical exercise.
