Salary: 20,000 - 27,000 PLN net + VAT (B2B)

What will you be doing in this role?
- This role is a hands-on leadership position that helps manage and lead the ongoing evolution of the DevOps lifecycle for Vue Storefront and alignment of processes with industry best practices for DevOps.
- Lead a small DevOps team of up to 5 engineers,
- Care for standards, best practices, and tool adoption, as well as cross-training resources
- Coach, performance development, one-on-one meetings, mentoring, and general career counseling for your team
- Drive and manage your teams’ performance against SLAs and KPIs, including metric reporting on team performance
- Lead the automation of infrastructure services
- Responsible for environment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Drive insights gathering from team members to improve quality and processes
- Plan tasks and set up the priorities for the team
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the teams in the product development teams
- Effectively influence stakeholders, win trust, present technical ideas and high-level concepts and solutions to audiences with different depths of technical knowledge.
- Proactively contribute to the product roadmap and engineering best practices.
What do we expect you to have?

5+ years of proven hands-on DevOps experience,
-
2-4 years of general development experience,
- 2+ years of experience in Leading a team of senior engineers
- Strong programming background (JavaScript, PHP, Ruby, Python, etc.),
- Experience with:
- Linux
- cloud computing platforms (GCP / AWS / Azure),
- container orchestration (Kubernetes),
- containerization (Docker),
- Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
- high-traffic infrastructures, and monitoring tools
- Working in an Agile environment
- relational and non-relational databases
- Knowledge of:
- best practices and IT operations in high availability environments.
- Automation and Configuration Management tools
- Fluent English (at least B2)
