PDM POL is responsible for a basket of applications dedicated for document management, archiving, project support, certification, and translations. Our aim is to support and develop a DevOps team that will manage all applications within the delivery basket from an E2E perspective.
Currently the missing puzzle is on the Solution Leader (Product Owner) position. In this role you will be able to prove yourself by taking responsibility for several of our applications and help our team in setting the direction and priorities to work with.

Required competencies:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage tasks, work in sprints (SCRUM), work with User Stories, find and produce documentation (Experience how to operate with supporting tools JIRA, Confluence)
- Proven ability in setting goals and priorities and working towards their completion
- Very good English skills
- Good presentation skills/workshop facilitation experience
- Knowledge related to Requirements Management
