We are looking for Test Automation specialist with Java and Selenium to join SPIS delivery team. The team is responsible for two applications: Impact and SPIF. Impact is a web-based application that support Volvo Trucks and Volvo Busses workshops with information about Parts, Components, Standard Parts, Service, Standard time and Tools. It has 150 000+ registered online users from 167 countries. The application supports 32 languages. SPIF is a new generation of Parts and Service information services. For now Services are consumed by two applications TIL and Impact. The services need to be visualized on Impact Fronted Layer as a part of integration.
Team consists of more than 30 people and is quickly growing. Most of the team members are in Poland. SPIS delivery is following SAFe framework.
We are now looking to strengthen our team/s with more skillful people in automation test area.
He/she will be responsible for implementing new requirements, enhancements and maintaining the solution together with the teammates, coaching inexperienced colleagues, being a driver in automation area.
As an automation tester he/she will work in a team with other developers, architects and analysts on software development activities. He/she will also be active in the daily work with methods, tools, coaching and improvements.
While we are looking for a person with stable skills in the automation test area, we are also looking for a person with growth mindset, “can do” attitude, and good character with teamwork skills.
Experience and Skills
Must have:

Experience and Skills
Must have:
- Deep knowledge in Java and Selenium
- Experience with CI/CD tools, RestAssured, Bash, GIT
- Ability to interact with Business Requirements
Nice to have:
- Cypress
- JavaScript or Python
- Docker
- SOAP UI
- Azure DevOps
- Knowledge in Performance/Security testing area
Soft skills:
- Complete proficiency in English is a requirement
- Open minded and honest, team player who appreciates fun at work
- Understanding of Agile Practices
- Good communication & presentation skills
