We are now looking for a Senior Technical Consultant / System Engineer who can help to continuously improve Volue’s ability to provide value to customers in line with the Volue mission. In order to achieve this, you will be working together with Project Managers and Consultants within ongoing and future delivery projects - gathering the feedback for product teams.

What you will be doing to make a difference:

• Work in a team that assures quality of delivery of various Volue products – for our current and new customers.
• Support Project Managers with Technical Aspects of the projects ⚙️
• Handle (sometimes complex) systems/business applications- we want to make deliveries and systems work uninterruptedly!
• Create technical documentation based on the experience gained in the project.
• Be ready for challenges - understanding -> defining -> delivering - we believe in ownership!
• Know how to talk with customers. Be open and creative 💡
• Constantly improve - we believe you must grow together with our products!
• Collaborate with people - we are driving future success of Volue!

What you need to succeed:

• 3-5 years of working as Operations/Delivery/Integration/System Engineer
• Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
• Knowledge of SQL (any) language
• General understanding of IT Systems, Databases, Networking
• Know how to operate on Remote Systems – within customer’s environment
• General understanding of software programming (nice to have) – in order to help our product teams
• Knowledge of how to utilize and work within an international team
• Any proven delivery example (show-up), IT certificate, know-how will be a plus
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Goal-oriented mindset
