Key Responsibilities
- Create key design deliverables specific to each product, such as scenarios and use-cases,
- Collaborate with business stakeholders from the very beginning of each project we start,
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with the product team to establish the most suitable solutions for every given case,
- Create user-focused designs informed by market analysis, customer feedback, requirements, and user research analytics,
- Develop example high-level requirements, conceptual diagrams, and visual interface designs,
- Prepare mockups/interactive prototypes for early idea validation,
- Work hand in hand with developers and provide support in delivering high quality, great working product improvements,
- Conducting the usability checks with our customers.
Competencies and Experience
- At least 2 years of practical experience in designing modern, aesthetic and functional web and mobile interfaces,
- The ability to combine UX knowledge with business requirements and argue your solutions,
- Strong communication skills, ability to explain your decisions to the team in written and spoken English,
- Knowledge of design tools and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch),
- A portfolio of previous projects which demonstrates that you are able to increase user engagement and ultimately boost conversion as well as show your design process,
- Ability to generate wireframes, user flows and diagrams - easily and quickly generate ideas and solutions,
- Prior experience with Fintech products is more than welcomed,
- You are hungry to grow and develop your skills constantly.
