We're looking for talent IT Business Analyst
Volt is a fast paced high growth start-up with teams spread over 2 hubs in Krakow and Warsaw. The job is hybrid remote/ on-site working arrangement. Presence in the office once a week is strongly recommended.
Salary: 13-20k net B2B or gross UoP for Mid/ Senior level

About the role
As an IT Business Analyst your job will be to gather business requirements and translate them into well structured technical documentation that you will hand over to the developers. In this role you will be working as part of the Project Management team but you will have to work closely with other business focused as well the development teams. You will also be working with third parties in order to facilitate integrations with their platforms both to and from Volt.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured user stories
- Gather software requirements from internal and external clients
- Organize the overall requirements into small pieces of deliverable software that could possibly start delivering business value individually
- Communicate and refine requirements with the development teams
- Facilitate eliminating any obstacles that come up during the development process
- Take the lead in integrating third party systems. Understand and analyse the system flow of the third party and decide how and if those components will fit into the existing VOLT system.
- Help the development team in their initiatives of implementing various technical and business system improvements
- Communicate expected timelines of projects back to the stakeholders
Relevant Experience and skills
- You want to build a world-class product
- Excellent written and spoken English (all the documentation is written in English)
- Good interpersonal communication skills, ability to explain complex concepts
- Proven work experience in software development, knowledge of basic software engineering concepts
- Proven work experience in business analysis or as a team lead / software architect that fulfilled a similar function
- Knowledge of the Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical skills, ability to understand system flows, problem solving
- Strong organizational skills, ability to split a big project into small pieces
- Facilitation skills
