VolleyStation is looking for an experienced Computer Vision Researcher to contribute to our developing sports analysis system, and to help transition it from a research state into a production-ready solution.
Your role
- Transform deep learning prototypes into robust, production-ready solutions
- Improve code speed and scalability to enhance end-user experience
- Develop algorithms for scenarios where an AI model is not required
- Train AI networks with new data
- Conduct intensive GPU and CPU optimization to reduce inference costs
- Assess network accuracy and robustness to monitor improvements and identify weaknesses
Do we have a match?
As a Computer Vision Researcher, you must meet the following criteria:
- MS level or above in Computer Science.
- Fluent English min. B2+ level (daily cooperation with our managers located in the USA)
- 4+ years of experience in computer vision project
- Advanced knowledge of Python
- Experience with profiling CPU and GPU code
- Familiarity with real-time libraries like TensorRT and DeepStream is a plus.
- Research experience with perception topics including object detection, multi-object tracking, pose estimation, action recognition, re-identification
Additionally, we would appreciate:
- Strong internal collaboration skills
- Ability to work with external collaborators (ex. our main consultant from NVIDIA)
